When your entry is refundable.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Paid events
Cancel 24+ hours before start for a refund. Within 24 hours you can still cancel, but the entry isn't refunded.
You can cancel any time from your confirmation page or the link in your confirmation email — your spot frees up immediately for the next player either way.
How refunds are processed
A refund isn't instant. When you cancel 24+ hours out, we open a refund request that your event's organizer approves, and the amount goes back to your original payment method. If you cancel inside the 24-hour window, the cancel still frees your seat and alerts the organizer, but no refund is due.
If we cancel the event
If Link & Dink or the organizer cancels an event — for weather, too few players, or any other reason — every paid entry is refunded in full, automatically, regardless of how close to start time it is. There's nothing for you to do.
Free events & community drop-ins
Free events and community drop-ins have no entry fee, so there's nothing to refund. Just cancel if your plans change so we can free your spot. If we have to call off a free session, we'll let you know by email.
