Refund policy: All registrations are final — no refunds. If weather forces a postponement, the tournament moves to the rain date (Sunday, September 6, 2026) and your registration carries over automatically. If the rain date is also cancelled due to weather, registration fees are not refunded, per our agreement with the Montgomery Village Foundation.

How the night runs
Same-partner round robin: you and your partner stay a team all night and play each other team once. Games to 11, win by 2. The top teams by record advance to a single-elimination bracket to decide the winner. Music on, games streamed — bring your own food and drinks.

Scores lock and carry over — every player’s record builds on the leaderboard week to week. The champion pair takes the pot.
